Why is All 4 Inclusion important to you? It supports people in ways that often gets ignored. People don't realise that with transport and venues beings inaccessible it isolates people. All 4 Inclusion creates the community that is missed with the barriers mentioned above.
What have you done before All 4 Inclusion? From a charity point of view I have raised money for The Brain Charity, Shelter and Habitat for Humanity. Previous work has been in insurance. Before being disabled I worked as an Insurance Broker for over 20 years.
What do you like to do outside of All 4 Inclusion? Now reading is probably my favourite hobby. There are lots of different types of books that I like to read. Crime and thrillers are my go to genre, but memoirs probably follow it. I like Will Dean, TM Logan and MW Craven.
I am also a big rugby fan and used to play rugby as a child. I played football too. I support Sale Sharks as a rugby club and Liverpool as a football team.
What challenges do you face? Housing is a big problem. I'm officially one the "homeless" list, but I am very lucky to be in nice temporary accommodation. Benefit concerns obviously impact everyone and then my own health, physically and mentally.
What would you like to see from All 4 Inclusion? I'd like to do more things face to face. Both within schools helping autistic children and those with ADHD and bringing other disabled people together.
