Wow, the awards are on again in just 7 days.

I can't believe it has come around so quick. We are delighted to have four more awards this year, which means four more sponsors and Acrisure as our first headline sponsor.

I decided to blog my seven days leading up to the awards to give people a bit of an idea of what it takes to put these awards on.

This will just bit a snapshot as so much work goes in in the 12 months leading up to it.

I was woken up at 7.30 this morning by my carer and after getting ready I jumped online quickly to support Sarah with out Art Graphics for the week. Sarah does an amazing job with these. Normally she does everything, but was unable to put her chosen pictures on the backgrounds this week as didn't have her laptop. I started to get these done yesterday but had to redo them as I forgot to change the theme to "Masking" instead leaving an old theme on them. Sarah - If you need a job doing properly, do it yourself

I then went off to carry out my insurance work for the day. It was a fairly busy day but nothing out of the ordinary. It was enough to wipe me out though and need my bed when I got home. I have started sending out the joining link to the finalists for the event and been given some details to read out on behalf of one of our sponsors.

Unfortunately as a business they cannot be there, but how right they are in making this decision.

When taking time off to spend with family and unwind to support their own mental wellbeing, it's important to fully be in that moment.

Finally my day has been wrapped up by being interviewed by 12 consultants.

There were 14 of us on the call and they will be supporting All 4 Inclusion with some of our future work.

They are all students from The University of Manchester and are really looking forward to supporting us with some marketing strategies and to gain some really important statistics owned by All 4 Inclusion.

Every single person asked some really good questions and I'm looking forward to working with them over the next 8 weeks.

It meant I missed Mark Howards quiz tonight on the group, but am looking forward to looking at the questions and seeing how many I would have got. (No cheating!!)
