Join us every Monday for Monday Morning Drop In.

This is a safe and friendly space for people who feel lonely or are going through a hard time.

We meet online each week to chat and support each other. It’s a chance to talk about how you feel, listen to others, and know you’re not alone.

The group is run by All 4 Inclusion, and everyone is welcome.

You don’t need to have met us before – just come along when you’re ready.

Whether you want to talk or just listen, you’ll be in a caring and understanding group.
